LifeGroup Fellowship – Sunday evening, August 7 has been set aside for LifeGroups to have time to fellowship. If you are not a part of a LifeGroup, see Keven Newsome for more information about how you can get involved.

Baptism – Baptism has been scheduled for Sunday, August 7. If you have made a profession of faith and would like to be baptized, please complete the online form or contact the church office.

Next Steps Class – The Next Steps class is for individuals and families who would like to learn more about membership at Malvern Hill Baptist Church. The next class will be offered Sunday, August 14 at 4:00 PM. Please sign up online or contact the church office if you would like to attend.

Nursery Volunteers – As we continue to grow and send off some of our college students, we find ourselves once again needing nursery workers. Please fill out the online form or contact the church office to volunteer.  

A/V Team – The Audio Video team is looking for volunteers. The A/V team is responsible for camera operation, online live streaming, audio production, and projector operation. Please fill out the online form or contact the church office to volunteer.  

Prime Timers’ Ministry

Lancaster, PA Trip – The Prime Timers’ will take a trip to the Amish Country October 17-20. A deposit of $150 is due by August 8.

Senior Supper – This month’s senior supper will be held Thursday, August 18 at 6:00 PM in the fellowship hall.

Nursing Home Ministry – The nursing home ministry will meet at Springdale on Thursday, August 25 at 2:30 PM.

Generation180 Student Ministry

Wednesday at Scott Park – Gen180 will meet at Scott Park on Wednesday, August 10 from 6:00-7:30 PM.

Youth Worship Night – On Wednesday, August 17 at 7:00 PM youth from churches all over the county will come together in a time of worship. Join us as we spend the evening with praise, worship, and live music. This event will be held at Malvern Hill.

Rising 6^th Graders Pool Party – Gen180 student leaders will host the rising 6th graders at a pool party on Friday, August 19. If you have a student who will be entering the student ministry this year, please see Adam Whiteside.

Parent Meeting - There will be a parent meeting held Sunday, August 21 after morning worship. This will be for all Gen180 parents and parents of students who just entered 6^th grade.

Student Promotion – 6th graders will be promoted to Generation180 Student Ministry, on Wednesday, August 24. 

Children’s Ministry

Children’s Sunday – Children’s Sunday will be held Sunday, August 21 with lunch to follow for children and their families and children’s ministry workers and families.

Rising 6th Graders – Parents, if you have a rising 6th grader and would like them to be recognized during Children’s Sunday, August 21, please contact the church office or fill out the online form.

Women’s Ministry

Women’s Bible Studies – A three week inductive study on the book of Jonah will be held August 16-30. An eight week inductive study on Acts will be held September 6-October 25. Both studies will be held on Tuesday mornings at Malvern Hill, 9:00-11:00 AM. Please sign up online or on the church bulletin board to participate.

Prisoner Packets – The Women’s Missionary Union will begin collecting Prisoner Packets in the month of August. Prisoner packets provide the opportunity to share the gospel with individuals in our local prisons. Packets are available in the welcome center in the gym and in the sanctuary foyer.

Men’s Ministry

Men’s Breakfast – A breakfast for men and guys of all ages will be held Saturday, August 27 at 8:00 AM in the fellowship hall.
